The Contracting Parties shall provide, in accordance with Annex I, for rights relating to the free movement of persons: 53. 368 L 0192: Council Directive 68/192/EEC of 5 April 1968 on free access to the various forms of credit for farmers who are nationals of one Member State and who are established in another Member State (OJ L 347, 12.12.1968, p. 1).
